Tis the season and Happy Holidays! Christmas is in less than 3 weeks as we count down the days here are some upcoming activities you can partake in!

Firstly, Snowcoming Week! Starting December 12th-16 student council is hosting a Christmas themed week for students and staff to get into the holiday spirit:

-Christmas morning Monday- wear your Christmas pjs (elf spotting! Find a paper elf and win a prize!)
-Tacky Tuesday- wear your ugly Christmas sweater
-Coming home for Christmas- wear college gear (Free hot chocolate! Before school in the commons)
-Top the tree Thursday-wear holiday headgear
-Flannel Friday- wear flannel or plaid (Christmas assembly and candy cane grams delivered)

Tired from all the holiday shopping? No time for wrapping? Don’t forget the CMHS Prom Committee is having a gift wrapping service! Here is some information:

Tape and Bows will be provided however, please bring your own wrapping paper. The dates for this event are as follows.

Friday December 16th from 3pm-8pm
Saturday December 17th from 10am- 3pm
Sunday December 18th from 12:30pm-6:30pm

Prices:

1-5 regular (carry size) gifts- $10 minimum
6-10 regular sized gifts- $20 minimum
10+ regular sized gifts- $50
For a gift (larger than carry on or box) a surcharge of $2 will apply

We ask that no breakable items are brought!

Lastly but definitely not least! The CMHS ASL club is hosting a Christmas Community Night! On December 8th, from 5-8pm in the commons please join us to learn and experience Deaf culture!

Activities include:
Deaf artists with art available for purchase (great Christmas gifts)
Take a picture with Deaf Santa
Deaf storytelling in the theater
Kids Craft Corner with the CMHS Art Club
Kids Christmas Sing-A-Long
Deaf and interpreters performing Christmas songs in ASL
Learn some Christmas signs (all ages welcome)

Holiday treats and drinks will be provided for everyone to enjoy!
